transfiguring...disfiguring- discerning the difference: my new major

Transfiguring

Discipline brings out the best in us
Discipline is followed by perseverance
Discipline corrects and encourages progress
Discipline is a period of adjustment and restructure
Discipline restores integrity, respect and sacredness to sanity
Discipline deposits a generous dosage of love and self esteem

Disfiguring

Punishment criticizes, discourages and damages
Punishment is followed by rejection
Punishment abuses the body, mind and, spirit
Punishment is an era of destruction and grave digging
Punishment invades the sense of God, oneself and family time
Punishment withdraws and robs off every shred of one’s faith.

Figuring out the difference is the beginning of knowledge, wisdom and understanding; an education in and of itself in heaven school right here on earth; highly attaineable and personally recommended, by a fellow student in life's curriculum.
I am not even seeking company along the way. my...my..my how is that possible? discipline is the way! there are moments when with or without anyone the way must be tried to attain the peace that nothing can destroy.
and so far I am realizing that the refiners' fire is not somewhere to expect anyone to go for you... it just is not fair to me or to them. Uncompromising surrender is the journey through hell to emerge back in heaven on earth. It is also unfair to deprive one of this opportunity to be all that s/he was created to be by distracting him her from this platinum opportunity of a lifetime of lifetimes.

when bruisers transform itself; the result is a PhD. in life situations; and that has become my new major. it is also an elective. a great combo to hold as my ticket to the present back to the talent loaner when I am escorted to choose my burial plot, with or without anyone else.
