When blood thickens and becomes sluggish and lymph turns to mucous and the organism becomes stagnant, the body cannot function as it was built and designed to and so we become conditioned to believing that the challenge is an enemy. The real challenge is living optimally in unoptimal conditions.
Sluggish blood and lymph fluid can poison the physical and mental system slowly or sllloooowwwwly and some times in an instant BOOM!
That’s why a live blood test is almost most accurate than a vial of coagulated blood shipped of to some far away factory of regulated result.
The thing is, testing the blood while it is still alive is unaffordable to most of the supposedly minority.
The plus is that one only needs a blood test occasionally- maybe even once.
So I take responsibility to change what I need to change and let God change what is beyond human strategy.
That is what experience taught me.
