Thoughts of being able to spread the way wisdom alerts the mind to recognise and realize the joy imbedded in life situations transformed to inspiration of how I can immeasurably use, share and gain from my personal experience and equally give another being the same opportunity without fuss, force or disrespect to vulnerability to share, use and gain from personal perception and understanding of life situations to generate expanding of inner strength, resilience full freedom for foolish fear and stupid suffering and instead use the energy and time on earth to sustain integrity and zest for living wholesomely

That to me is the heavenly meaning of bouncing back and rising…

It is like the grains of yeast expanding the flour and making enough dough to feed five thousand and more… always with the intention to channel enthusiasm, inspiration and the message of life lessons
